This is a great shop under new ownership, since rebranded as Patriot Express Tire and Oil. Team did a fantastic job with my synthetic oil change for my Subaru Forester. Was in and out quickly and it looks like the lobby is being refreshed also. Given the strong reputation at their other Plano location, I’m looking forward to returning here for future vehicle maintenance.

The guys here were great. I was on a road trip with a couple teenagers and we got a flat. They squeezed us in right away, figured out the problem and fixed so we could get back on the road and not miss our event. They were very friendly. This store has great customer service and mechanics!

I’ve had a great experience with Goodyear. They’re not only experts at fixing tires, but they also provide excellent oil change and brake services. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. The service is efficient, honest, and the quality of work has been outstanding every time I’ve visited. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend Goodyear for all your tire and vehicle maintenance needs!

I am responsible for many vehicles related to my job. I bring one to this shop 1-2 times a week. The service is fast, accurate, honest, and he stands behind it. He’s a Marine. If you want pink hearts and kisses maybe this isn’t the place. If you want honest, fair, competent mechanics and 1st rate service this shop is one of the very best.
